Was the owner of the grey one expecting it to break down a lot?

I was thinking in the same line: the car Comes with two Options:

1° a tow bar at the back
2° the same at the front

All modern cars seem to be "huge", and with tiny rear back and side windows as well. I think it's a by product of all the safety stuff (like side impact protection, etc.) that they have in them now. I'm sure some smart person will know if this is the case, or a contributory factor at least. If think it's the case that some modern cars won't actually fit into integral garages these days, because they have grown in size and because the house builders allowed the minimum space possible.

Unless you use the ejector seat and get out through the sunroof that is. Although, again, I think that might not be possible either for similar reasons
