Car is known. I know its original registration and build number. I have a name and location - but they are quite old, but there hasnt been a notified change on the V5 so presume they are still valid. Its not homed in the Portsmouth locale. Yes it was at a bit over 40k miles when last tested in April 16, it only covered circa 500 miles before being sorned in May 17. Its return was a test fail last week followed by a Pass on Friday. Since 2010 it seemed to have been in service every other year up to 2017. I've not knowingly spoken to the owner...Oh, and its yet another a/c car...
Good to see that it's another one recently back on the road then. Probably out on their first decent run if that's the case with the MOT and not being from the area
