We have again been successful in getting a stand for the above show, at the NEC 11th to 13 November!

We now need 3 cars for the stand and some volunteers to make it look
Like we know what we are doing!!!

The cars need to be at the NEC on the 10th of November around 8.30 am, for the set up inside the Hall. Once inside the cars remain there until around 18.30 on the 13th November. So you can’t remove your car once it’s on the stand.

We are relaxed about people on the stand, plenty of time to look round the show whilst you are there, you will get free parking and free passes for everyday you attend. Don’t worry what state your car is in, the roughest looking BRM at Pride of Longbridge got more attention than any shiny one did!!

If you are interested please put your name below! Or feel free to drop me a private message should you want to know more…

We need to know by 31st August the latest!

If you are referring to the one I brought along?
I've only this morning picked it up from Russell the Paint, he has smartened up the left side now, where Id knocked off the scabs in the door shut and front wing, and painted the new sills. Looking good, but he did say it still needs a wash where he's not touched it!
RH whole quarter, sill, door shut, and front wing was £450 and today for LH side £250, all in folding.... he will do little jobs but working from home cant do big stuff.

Just a reminder.........in case we have a rush.
For those who haven't done this, it's a good show to do.
You don't have to be on the stand all the time, you'll get plenty of time off to take in the rest of the displays, spot car related celebrities and buy stuff off Roland.
A little knowledge of our marque is useful, the ability to listen to twats tell you about their HGF...coupled with the urge NOT give them a stiff arm is helpful. One or two "old hands" will be along side you to help guide you through the show. C'mon, put your name down, you know you want to!

    See you chaps there!
Anything you would like as dressing to show/interest visitors, that I have you are welcome to....
I trust we shall see the mechatronic VVC mech again? The 5 cam engine and how it works!
And my annual offer of 'other' help still stands.

How can we entice more passers by to stop and tell us about long distant sightings and friends of friends who used to have one?

Now how do we suspend the illuminated Rover dealership sign from the roof structure a la Earls Court Motorshows?
